What You'll DoSupport the CEO and 5-7 team members with daily administrative operations
Be the main point of contact at the Palmdale office, working independently
Manage phones, emails, mail, office supplies, and deliveries
Assist union members with applications, dues processing, and inquiries
Handle reports, records, and petty cash reconciliation
Coordinate Zoom meetings and basic tech troubleshooting
Help plan travel and support larger events
3-5 years of administrative experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong multitasker who's comfortable working independently
Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Professional and personable-able to communicate with executives from top companies
Experience with ADP/payroll or a paralegal background is a plus
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (flexibility for early meetings/events)
Casual but professional setting (jeans are fine!)
Friendly team with excellent training and support
Older office infrastructure-must be comfortable in a non-modern setting
