We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to educating students on safe driving practices. This role involves working closely with students of various ages, providing both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in helping students develop the skills necessary to become confident and responsible drivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on driving instruction, guiding students through practical driving exercises in various conditions.
• ZOOM instruction of driver's education
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education to ensure compliance and enhance teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Licensed CT Driving Instructor (not a normal license)
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong ability to educate individuals of varying ages, including adults, in both classroom and practical environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching are essential traits for success in this role.
