Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Sponsorship & Exhibition Manager to manage Sponsorship and Exhibition Clients and also manage the Remote Sales Contractor Team.

In addition, this person will be onsite and join international and domestic events.

We are holding 18 Digital Marketing, Media and Advertising Conferences and Exhibitions back-to-back from August to November ( including;

  • Europe (London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Barcelona)
  • Asia (Singapore, New Delhi)
  • Middle East (Dubai)
  • Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town)
  • North America (Denver, Baltimore, San Antonio, Anaheim, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Jose, Jacksonville, Orlando)

This person will support Event Management and join us onsite in setting up and tearing down Events, Sponsorship and Exhibition Management and other tasks at each event. Travel, Food, Accommodation, Travel Insurance will be provided. This person will work remotely, and then join us for just under 3 months of time away from late August to late November, so we are seeking someone with the right flexible situation. This person will be joining 3 other staff travelling together as a team. Remote Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising and Collaborating with Event Organizer, Event Team and other third-party Sponsorship Sales Independent Contractors
  • Sales and Sponsorship Support, maintaining relationships with all Sponsors and Exhibitors
  • CRM, Individual and Shared Team File Management
  • Allocation of Inbound and Outbound Leads to third-party independent contractors
  • Maintain client relationships across the board with key event sponsorship spending clients
  • Maintaining a high profile role, including developing commercially profitable contacts at the highest level with clients
  • Building and utilizing your client relationships to deliver the greatest commercial contribution to the business
  • Recruitment, screening, selection training and management remotely of existing and future third party independent contractors located around the world sufficient to fill all open Sponsorship, Exhibiting and Advertising opportunities.
  • Other Sponsorship Management activities as required

Pre-sale

  • Research suitable Event Sponsors, Exhibitors and Advertisers
  • Acquisition of suitable Sponsors, Exhibitors and Advertisers
  • Other Sponsorship Management pre-sale activities as required

Post-Sale to Onsite

  • Physical and logistical fulfillment of sponsored items
  • Post-Sales Sponsorship Support, maintaining relationships with all Sponsors and Exhibitors
  • Other Sponsorship Management post-sale to onsite activities as required

Onsite

  • Assist with Setup (Day before Event Starting Date)
  • Act as Sponsorship, Exhibition & Partner Manager Onsite
  • Meet, Greet, Check-in all Sponsors, Exhibitors & Partners as they arrive at the Event venue and Assign them to their respective Booth Space
  • Onsite Support and Point of Contact of Sponsors, Exhibitors & Partners in Exhibition Hall during Installation Hours, Event Hours and Teardown Hours
  • Be stationed and man the DigiMarCon & TECHSPO Exhibition Booth Space during Event Hours
  • Generate Inbound Leads for Sponsorship & Exhibition Opportunities and follow up post-event to attempt to close
  • Assuring smooth onsite experience for Sponsors, Exhibitors & Partners
  • Check in with each Sponsor, Exhibitor & Partner multiple times during Event Days
  • Assist with Teardown when Event is over
  • Live Event Social Media Marketing Engagement
  • Other Sponsorship Management onsite activities as requested

Post-Event

  • Follow up call with each Sponsor, Exhibitor and Advertiser
  • Re-signing Sponsor, Exhibitor and Advertiser for future events
  • Other Sponsorship Management post-event activities as required

Requirements

  • Must live in United States
  • Event Management Experience
  • Event Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Experience
  • US Passport
  • Driver License
  • Available to travel for 3 months from late August to late November.

After the events have concluded in November, the person will work remotely until March, then join all 2026 Events onsite from March 2026 onwards.
