🚨 Now Hiring: Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid | Hershey, PA) 🚨

Are you a sourcing and procurement expert ready to lead impactful initiatives? We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a hybrid opportunity based in Hershey, PA with one of our top-tier clients in the consumer goods industry. This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension or hire!

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and manage high-value capital construction projects (including MEP).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that maximize savings and service.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, statements of work, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Manufacturing leaders to create long-term procurement schedules and plans.
• Analyze spend data to uncover savings opportunities and streamline sourcing operations.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement—especially in construction or MEP-related projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Confident in working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured requisition-to-PO process environment.

📍 Location: Hybrid – Must be able to work onsite in Hershey, PA
