Task Order Project Manager

The Task Order Project Manager leads the DoD DLA AAA Dashboard Support project, ensuring seamless execution of task orders and alignment with DLA’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with DLA’s Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), ensuring compliance with deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting for a 12-month base period with four option years.
• Lead cross-functional teams (developers, DB admins, cybersecurity specialists) to modernize the AAA Dashboard using MEAN stack and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ensure adherence to DLA cybersecurity standards (RMF, DoDI 8510.01) and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
• Manage a $3M–$5M annual budget, including invoicing, travel reimbursements, and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate periodic onsite support at DLA HQ (Fort Belvoir, VA) and other DC/Richmond-area government sites.
• Deliver monthly status reports, including Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, to DLA leadership.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize dashboard functionality for 200+ end users in acquisition and logistics.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification required; SAFe Agilist or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years supporting DLA or DoD IT programs.
• Expertise in DLA procurement processes, Microsoft Project, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive (Tier 3) clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
